Privacy policy

Your email, shipping address, order details, uploaded images, the text you enter for your design, and your IP address.

What we don’t collect: payment card details. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

These services process customer data on our behalf, each for one job:

• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI and Kie.ai — AI image generation for your coin designs
• Vercel — website hosting and image storage
• Neon — our database
• Resend — transactional email
• Shippo — shipping labels

Photos you upload are used to generate your coin design and are stored so we can produce your order and let you reorder later. We don’t sell them, share them, or use them to train AI models. Ask us to delete them at any time.

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Uploaded photos and designs are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Under the CCPA you can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of the sale of your data. We don’t sell your data, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right is yours either way.
